Frankly, just getting into this app and setting an account sucks. I received my watch yesterday and have tried for over 24 hours to set it up. It keeps saying it failed. And then if I try to many times it tells me to wait an hour! It also tells me to sign into Amazon, which I am already signed in to! I have installed and uninstalled 4 times and it does the same thing every time. I love the new watch but thinking about returning it if I can't use it. And there's no way to contact customer!

Phone worked good, then for no reason it stopped! All I get is one face with the " downloade veryfit" the other face is a Q-code (can't even turn it off). I have uninstalled and reinstalled 7 times with no change. I keep getting a screen about Bluetooth permissions. What caused this to happen and how do I fix it? Thank you, Peter Overton

Crashes all the time. Can not use any features from the watch. Updating my review on 4-26-24. Changed rating from 1 star to 4 stars. I deleted and reinstalled the app and it seems to have alleviated the issues I was having. Must have been a bad install? Still have instances when the watch is not connected, but works better than before. Actually tracks like it should. Love the fact that it synced data from VeryFitPro app. Excellent alternative to more expensive exercise tracking watches.
